As a trainer, I value your time and your fitness goals.
I understand losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I also understand how intimidating it can be when you're first starting out. My goal is to help you shift your view on fitness so it becomes a part of who you are and a lifestyle you can build on for years to come.
With years of success and experience, I'm capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. A healthy, balanced diet combined with personalized training are key to achieving results. We will work together to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals!
Adapting new fitness habits can be difficult. I strongly believe if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain (and maintain) a healthy lifestyle.
Plans currently include 1:1 personal training, group training for two or more individuals, nutrition guidance and behavior coaching around your fitness goals.
(plans are custom made for each client, and may include one or more of the previously mentioned services)
By choosing to make your health & fitness a priority, you help others have access to resources that help them live their best lives too. Each month a portion of your proceeds are donated to various charities, both locally and internationally.
Christina's House is a ministry developed to meet the needs of women and their children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Springfield area. Their mission is to educate, embrace and encourage the families they serve.
Convoy of Hope is a faith-based organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreach, and disaster response. In partnership with local churches, businesses, civic organizations, and government agencies, Convoy strategically offers help and hope to communities around the world.
